Bonjour

Bluetooth et Wifi off off.

A first really small result

Just completed full install:
- Mango 7720
- Radio 5.51.09.29_22.32.50.10U from Yuki's radio pack custom replaced before flash (Used this with Yuki's Nodo version and had great batt life)
- Flashed Bluetooth and Wifi shortcuts
- Flashed Dutch language files
- Installed Advanced config 1.3 (mango version) for custom theme color, HTC Battery Tool. It needed a reset from settings to be able to use Tom's XAP installer.

Result!!! 3mA!!
That's with this config:
- Radio on. Sync every hour Exchange, Gmail, Hotmail. 3G on (best to keep this on for good results). Bluetooth off and Wifi off.
And this without camera tick

So looks promising for now!

et aussi :
1. A new radio: (optional)

The radio is the part00.bin in the Data.zip
With HTCrie open the nbh which contains the radio you want, select GSM and extract the GSM.nb
Open it with an hex editor and search for 7F 45 4C 46 01 01 01 61, it’s the beginning of the part we need. The end is the series of 00 just after the last AMSS string you can find (refer to DFT part00.bin if you need help).
Keep only this section (delete the rest) and add some 00, for example if the files ends at the byte e004d0h go to e004ff.
Save the file, rename it part00.bin, you’ll have your new radio (in this case 5.66.09.21a).
Replace it in the Data.zip, you can flash now with DWI to test it.
You’ll show the new version in the Settings/About of WP7

Second test:

BT: on
Wifi: on
Radio: on
3G: on
Standby mA: could not get below -72mA
Camera trick made no difference.
So my guess is that when you use BT (and Wifi also then) batt usage will be fairly high. No brainer off course when using those 2

A few minutes ago turned BT and Wifi of and standby drain immediately went down to -5mA

So for now I conclude that (for me that is, your results can be totally different) my EU Leo works best with default 5.51 radio (without the T).
5.69 radio as included with first V2 rom gave me a minimum of batt drainage of -80mA regardless of using BT and Wifi, then it would be even higher.
Current V2 rom (with 5.51T radio) also gave some higher batt drain for me, although not as bad as the 5.69 radio.

If someone with an EU Leo wants to try the radio I use, you'll find it attached.
Simple guide to replace the radio:
- Download 7zip from the web and install it.
- Download V2 rom.
- Download my radio attached.
- Extract attached radio to a folder (inside is part00.bin)
- Extract V2 rom to a folder
- Go to the extracted rom folder.
- In there you'll find Data.zip
- Open this folder with 7zip.
- Open the folder where you saved my attached radio (part00.bin)
- Simply drag file part00.bin inside 7zip window
- Wait a few moment and you're done
- Just to be sure, if it went well you'll see that file part00.bin has 2 dates changed

Happy flashing!!!
